Queens Park Care Home is a purpose-built care home offering a warm and inviting environment with 16 spacious, adapted bedrooms all with ceiling tracks, 14 of which feature modern wet rooms. Our two sensory
bathrooms, equipped with soothing colour mood lighting, provide a calming and relaxing experience.
We support adults (18+) with complex care and support needs, offering person-centred care that focuses on
maximising independence, building everyday living skills, and empowering individuals to lead fulfilling lives. We provide long term and respite care.
Our comprehensive care model ensures that residents receive the right care at the right time, reducing hospital readmissions and facilitating a faster return to community living.
We collaborate with residents, their loved ones, and professionals to design individualised care plans that align with their goals and aspirations.
With a capacity of 16 residents, our care home promotes group living, fostering a welcoming and supportive environment that is responsive to individual needs.
